To minimize disruptions, ISS monitors the health of IT systems and services. Should a service interruption occur, a notification will be posted to Tech Support.

April
4/30/25: Highland Ranch Degraded
- 517 PM. This issue is RESOLVED
- 446 PM. ISS staff are investigating an issue with the Ranch being offline. Emails or phone calls to/from the ranch are currently down.
4/24-4/25/25: ESEC & Ranch Degraded
- 4/25; 145 PM. This issue is RESOLVED
- 357 PM. ESEC is offline.
- 4/24; 233 PM. ISS staff are investigating an issue with the Ranch being offline. We have confirmed they do have power.
4/24/25: ESEC & Ranch Network Outage
- 837 AM. This issue is RESOLVED
- 810 AM. ISS staff are investigating network outages at ESEC and the Ranch. Telephones and internet connections are currently down.
4/16/25: Zoom Outage
- 414 PM. This issue is RESOLVED
- 321 PM. Zoom is currently experiencing a world wide outage. We will update you once we know it is back online. We will not provide periodic updates. For those interested:
- 308 PM. ISS staff are investigating an outage with Zoom. We are reaching out to the vendor.

March
3/18-3/24/25: Softdocs Etrieve Degraded
- 3/24/25; 437 PM. This issue is RESOLVED
- 3/18/25; 352 PM. ISS staff are investigating an issue where accessing Softdocs Etrieve intermittently results in a “Bad Request” error. This does not happen all the time. We have a support ticket with the vendor, and it is confirmed to be an issue with Softdocs Etrieve.
2/27-3/7/25: Long Distance Calling Outage
- 3/7/25; 809 AM. This issue is RESOLVED.
- 3/6/25; 935 AM. We are in the same spot; but, we believe progress should be made over the next 24-hours.
- 3/5/25; 143 PM. The vendor reports some progress, but the issue persists.
- 452 PM. No status change. We are unable to make long distance calls. We are still working with the vendors.
- 3/4/25; 915 AM. No status change. We are unable to make long distance calls. We have escalated with the vendor to a higher priority. We do not have an estimated time for repair.
- 505 pm. The status has not changed. You can receive long distance calls but cannot make outgoing long distance calls. We are working with the vendor and providing feedback.
- 3/3/25; 829 AM. The status has not changed. We are waiting on the vendor.
- 434 PM. The issue persists. The vendor is still working on the issue. The next update will be 3/3/25.
- 104 PM. We received notification from the vendor, they are almost finished with the reconfiguration. As of now, long distance calling is still down.
- 2/28/25; 753 AM. Long distance calling is still down. ISS staff have fully engaged the vendor and are still working to restore services.
- 511 PM. Vendors have identified some settings that require updates. ISS Staff are working on updating the settings to restore services.The next update will be at 9:30 AM 2/28/25.
- 345 PM.ISS staff are investigating an issue with long distance calls. Users receive a fast, busy signal when placing long distance calls. We are able to receive long distance calls. The vendor is being engaged.
3/5/25: Respondus Lockdown Browser Degraded
- 505 PM. This issue is RESOLVED
- 243 PM. The hosting service for Respondus and the Lockdown Browser is currently degraded.
3/4-3/5/25: Highlander Ranch Outage
- 3/5/25; 753 AM: This issue is RESOLVED
- 3/4/25; 739 PM: Highlander Ranch is experiencing an outage in every building except the stables.
February
2/25/25: Informer Outage
- 444 PM: This issue is RESOLVED
- 437 PM: ISS staff are investigating issues with Informer.
2/7/25: Softdocs Etrieve Outage
- 217 PM: This issue is RESOLVED
- 115 PM: ISS staff are investigating an issue with Softdocs Etrieve. Some users cannot access the service. The vendor has been contacted.
