Agenda Topics:

  • Update on progress of moving financial aid census date.
  • Discuss any incentive items for enrollment ideas.

Action Items and Timelines:

  • Meeting starts at 1:32PM.
  • We have scheduled a consultant from Ellucian to come help us change the AR codes in Colleague.
    • This is needed to move the financial aid census date to be in line with the enrollment census date.
  • Discussed different options for incentive ideas.
  • Discussed how we advertise the college and the impact it has on enrollment
    • Ask our marketing director to come to the next meeting.
  • Next meeting was decided for March 30th, 2021 at 1:30PM.
