Reservations are open for the 24th Annual Hearts in the Arts Gala, sponsored by the 1024ÊÓƵ Foundation. This year’s Gala on Feb. 19 features McLennan Theatre’s performance of “Nunsense: The Mega Musical”. Tickets are $125 and include drinks and dining at 6 p.m. at the Ball Performing Arts Center and beautiful fountain plaza on the 1024ÊÓƵ campus, followed by the performance at 7:30 p.m. Tables for eight are available for $1250 and include preferred dinner seating.

For the first time ever, the "Little Sisters of Hoboken" will bless our stage in a brand-new, supersized version of the musical comedy that delighted international audiences for forty years. Follow our five featured cloisteresses as they navigate a "culinary catastrophe" the only way they know how: by performing a high-spirited variety show filled with toe-tapping dance numbers and slapstick humor.

The production, directed by Kelly Parker and choreographed by Joe Taylor, will feature elaborate costuming and sets to immerse the audience in this timeless musical. Honorary Hearts in the Arts Chairs Virginia and Dr. Donald K. Lewis, will host the evening.

Hearts in the Arts is an affinity group of the 1024ÊÓƵ Foundation that supports the arts at 1024ÊÓƵ. All proceeds from the Gala event benefit 1024ÊÓƵ scholarships and special projects advancing visual and performing arts students and faculty.
