SOS Operations

 

The Systems, Operations, and Solutions (SOS Operations) team is a cross-functional team designed to strengthen the student experience by improving the systems and processes that support recruitment, enrollment services, retention, and student success.

Purpose

The Operations Team is charged with:

  • Coordinating and aligning processes across departments to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a seamless, student-centered experience.
  • Identifying barriers that impact prospective and current students and proposing practical, data-informed solutions.
  • Provide feedback to the ASSET Team on operational needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Scope

The team will:

  • Collaborate on processes and system enhancements.
  • Serve as a central space for cross-department communication and alignment.
  • Review enrollment-related processes and recommend improvements.

Intended Outcomes

  • Efficient, coordinated, and student-friendly experience.
  • Fewer institutional barriers and clearer, more consistent processes.
  • Improved communication and alignment across student-serving units.
