1024��Ƶ adds to communication options with Chatbot launch

1024��Ƶ has boosted its communication capabilities with the launch of its new chatbot, Chat with Mac. The new feature allows visitors to the College’s website, , to chat online with Mac T. Highlander. Chat users can ask Mac a myriad of questions about the College and receive an immediate response based on thousands of answers related specifically to 1024��Ƶ. If at any time Mac is unable to answer a question, an 1024��Ƶ employee can connect live to answer the question or email the user with specific information.

The chat feature is an expansion on the numerous ways the College communicates with potential students, current students and the public. Individuals interested in the college can communicate with College personnel through traditional communication methods such as phone, in-person and email, along with virtual methods such as texting, video conferencing (Zoom), and messaging on the College’s social media platforms.
